Los Amigos Cookbook
In addition, Los Amigos expects to publish its first edition of a recipe book in
Spanish and English in mid-March 2008 featuring savory dishes from several of La
Peņita's best cooks.
The proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will support a variety of community projects.
The cook book categories will be: appetizers, soups and salads, seafood, poultry, meats, and desserts. We will include the name of the cook with each recipe, and we will translate the recipes into English and Spanish.
Fiesta La Peņita
The 2nd Annual Benefit Fundraiser for Los Amigos de La Peņita is being held at Thomas Bartletts Hacienda La Peņita on February 8, 2009.
