WHERE IS LA Peņita?
La Peņita de Jaltemba, a seaside town, is located on Hwy. 200 about 63 km north of Puerto Vallarta and is
adjacent to Rinchon de Guayabitos at about kilometer 93.
It is bordered on the north by the town of Colonia, on the south by the estuary that separates if from Rincon de Guayabitos, on the east by the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range and on the west by the Pacific Ocean.
